Fallon is the heart and soul behind Ivory Events, bringing 7 years of hands-on experience in the wedding industry and a passion for event planning that started long before her first job. A proud WSU alumni with a degree in Hospitality Business Management, she’s always been driven by the excitement of bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences.

Fallon has always dreamed of being an event planner, and today, she’s living that dream—one wedding at a time. With a knack for organization and a love of spreadsheets, she thrives in making every detail fall perfectly into place. Whether it’s managing timelines or ensuring every guest feels welcome, Fallon’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that your wedding day goes off without a hitch.

Outside of planning dream weddings, you can usually find Fallon binge-watching Disney movies (she could honestly watch them all day).

Ariana Stoll

Ari is one of the creative forces behind Ivory Events, bringing 5 years of experience in the wedding industry to every couple she works with. Her dedication to making each wedding day as unique and special as the couple it’s for is what sets her apart.

When Ari isn’t crafting flawless wedding plans, you can find her enjoying her favorite movie, Mamma Mia (yes, she will sing every song at the top of her lungs). She’s a proud cat mom to her beloved kitty, Anakin, and recently, she became even more excited about love and celebrations after recently getting engaged to the love of her life!

Ari loves adventure and often heads to Montana to visit her family, where she enjoys the quiet beauty of nature and some much-needed downtime. Whether she’s coordinating your big day or catching up with loved ones in the mountains, Ari’s approach to life—and wedding planning—is always warm, personal, and full of joy.

When she’s not working her wedding planning magic, Ayana is likely watching her favorite show New Girl (she can quote every line at this point), relaxing with her daughter and partner, or hosting a lively game night with friends and family. A self-proclaimed lover of any reason to celebrate, Ayana’s upbeat attitude and attention to detail make her a joy to work with as she helps bring your vision to life.

Before diving into the world of wedding planning, Ayana was a barista for 6 years, where she mastered the art of creating the perfect cup of coffee—and the perfect experience for her clients.
